Join us for the annual ACM Northeast Region’s Trade Show & Conference at the Hartford Marriott Downtown, 200 Columbus Blvd., Hartford, CT from Thursday, November 19 – Friday, November 20. We hope that you will join us in Hartford!
If you are interested in attending the conference, you are able to attend as a walk-in. You will need to have payment with you (cash/check preferred – limited credit card availability)
The rates will be $295 for both days, $140 for Thursday and $220 for Friday.

Members rate will be $285. You will be asked to verify your level of National ACM membership and provide your membership number as part of registration.
If you are a member of a state chapter or a Community member of the Alliance for Community Media (which is FREE), you are not eligible for the National ACM members discount. Please register as a non-member. The rate is $295.
Your full conference registration will include: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner on Thursday and Breakfast and the Special Awards luncheon on Friday. There are one day registration options available.

Arriving by car: Parking on site will be $19 for self-parking, $23 for valet parking.
Amtrak’s train station at One Union Place in Hartford, Connecticut, (which also serves as the city’s bus terminal) is one mile from the hotel.
The hotel does not have shuttle service to Bradley International Airport which serves Hartford, CT. Busses and taxis are available. Companies like GO Airport Shuttle Connecticut are other options.

ACM-NE REGION CONFERENCE REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
1. If a registrant is unable to attend the conference for any reason they may substitute someone else from the same institute/organization by contacting Conference Chair Debra Rogers (at firstname.lastname@example.org).
2. Where the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply:
a. Registrations cancelled more than 25 days before the event will be refunded 100% of the registration fees.
b. Registrations cancelled less than 25 but more than 10 days before the event will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.
c. Registrations cancelled less than 10 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
