In 2009, Jennifer Evans (West Hartford Interactive) and Pua restarted the CT affiliate of ACM. At the 2022 LWV Convention (in Denver and on Zoom), she and the LWV Rural Area Caucus successfully persuaded delegates to concur with the LWVCT positions on broadband and community media, allowing League members to address those issues when speaking to their federal representatives.  Pua was the coordinator for Woodbridge Govt.
