2020 ACM-NE Nor’Easter Award Winners and Festival Information

Congratulations on to all our winners in the “NOR’EASTER AWARDS” at this year’s ACM Northeast Video Festival. We want to thank our judges for all their efforts to get this done. It can be difficult to choose the winners because there is so much quality production going on in our region. Continue reading below for important information on this year’s event.

Nor’Easter Awards Ceremony

Due to COVID-19, this year’s award ceremony will be held virtually on Wednesday, December 2 at 7:00pm. We will be holding both YouTube and Facebook LIVE watch parties. Community Media Centers that are interested in carrying the premiere on their station are encouraged to do so, but please note the live version will include advertisements from our generous sponsors. An additional copy will be provided after the event without ads to those that need one.

Event Pictures

Since we’re unable to be together in person this year, we encourage everyone to take a picture with their award once they arrive. Or you can also take a picture of yourself watching and enjoying the virtual event – we would love to see how you’re celebrating! Send your photos to videofestival@acm-ne.org and we will feature them in a picture gallery to commemorate this year’s awards.

Judging Feedback

We know the judging feedback is very important to everyone and will be working on extracting and sorting the judging feedback over the next several weeks with the goal of getting it to everyone by early next year. If you have any questions about judging feedback, please let us know.

Award Corrections

Due to the fact that we were running a bit behind this year we would like to provide you with an extended opportunity to submit any corrections to your award. If you have already submitted a correction they are noted in blue text in the winners spreadsheet. Any other corrections are due no later than Thursday, December 3rd at 12:00pm so that we have enough time to ship your award to you before the holidays. Any corrections that need to be made after that date may be subject to an additional charge.

Ordering Additional Plaques/Certificates

Congratulations to all the winners in the ACM-NE Nor’easters Festival. The awards have a new look this year!

Please note that each winning show receives ONE award. If you would like to order any additional awards, use the AWARD ORDER FORM found at the link below. If a reorder is received and PAID for by December 16, 2020 we should be able to ship all your awards together. Orders for additional awards will be taken until January 20, 2020 on our online form. Prices include shipping.

Additional First Place Show Plaques – $40 each
Additional 2nd and 3rd place certificates – $10 each
Additional Overall Excellence plaques – $50 each

Credit card/Paypal and Checks will be accepted by the Treasurer of ACM Northeast Barbara Chisholm. All Information will be with the Order form.
