Each year, the Alliance for Community Media-Northeast Region asks its members to nominate the producers, staff and colleagues who are deserving of special recognition.
There are three special awards, The Brian Wilson Mentor Award, the Chuck Sherwood Leadership Award and the Rika Welsh Community Impact Award which will be given out on Friday, November 1st at 12pm at the ACM-Northeast Annual Conference in Portland, Maine at the Portland Westin Harborview Hotel.
The 2019 Award Winners are:
Chuck Sherwood Leadership Award– Pua Ford, Woodbridge, CT
Brian Wilson Mentor Award — Brian Knoblock, Portland, ME
Rika Welsh Community Impact Award — JoAnn Rivieccio, Somerville, MA
