If not, you have an opportunity to include your organization in the only membership organization that is solely devoted to the work of Public, Educational and Government (PEG) Access channels and community media centers across the United States. The national ACM offers a 20% discount on annual dues for new organizational members if you apply by March 31, 2017.
As an example, for any community access center with an annual budget of $150,000 or less (and we know there are many shoestring operations among us), dues would be $200 for the calendar year instead of $250. (If your organization is a municipal or educational department, use the annual budget just for your department.)
Community (free) and individual memberships remain the same, but an organizational membership extends benefits (discounts for events, webinars, etc.) to anyone in your organization. AND the Alliance gets the support it needs to safeguard the interests of all community media organizations at the federal level.
