New Hampshire Coalition for Community Media recently adopted a new by-law allowing up to 3 alternate members to their board (previously there was only one).

At their annual meeting, they:

  1. passed a budget of $8,750 which includes a scholarship budget of $1,000 and a NHCCM server usage budget of $5,000 (TelVue).
  2. decided to hold membership meetings every other month with a board meeting one hour before the member meetings. Underwriting vendors would be given the option to make a presentation at the membership meeting, at a meeting of their choice after paying their underwriting fee. Underwriting vendors will be given the membership list.
  3. scheduled a workshop to be held Sept 15, subject TBD, without vendor presentations. There will also be small user group meetings, i.e., for TriCaster.

Manchester, NH has a new low power FM station that will be streaming via Easystream.
P-e-t-e-r will attend the Power of Partners JAG (Jersey Access Group) conference in Morristown, NJ, May 25-27, presenting the same workshop he presented at the ACM-NE Video Festival, creating a documentary of the conference for them, and attending the NATOA (National Association of Telecommunication Officers and Advisors) meeting as the NHCCM representative.
