Joe has been in the construction industry since 1978. Initially as a carpenter and eventually a partner and Vice President of a former company. Premier Construction was founded in 2004 and has successfully completed numerous projects including new homes, additions, remodeling, doctors and dental offices, restaurants, and cable TV studios. Joe has the following licenses and certifications; Mass. Dept. of Public Safety Board of Building Regulations Construction Supervisor, Licensed Home Improvement Contractor, US-EPA Certification in Renovations, Repairs and Painting Activities and Moderate Risk De-leading and Licensed Real Estate Broker.
